I participated in Killer Nashville 2018 this past weekend by serving on three panels and having three book signings. In addition to the panel on writing spies and espionage, I served on the panels on writing medical thrillers, and on social media.

The panel on writing spies and espionage was chaired by Carmen Amato (see photo below.) I was pleased to make her acquaintance, and highly recommend her books and short stories.

Carmen is an American mystery and thriller author, best known for the Detective Emilia Cruz police procedural series set in Acapulco, including Cliff Diver, Hat Dance, Diablo Nights, and the collection of short stories Made in Acapulco.  She’s the first female police detective in Acapulco and the series has been optioned for television by a major US network. I suggest you start with Cliff Diver.
